I purchased my ute from king Toyota over a year a go. I have since serviced my car 3 times and every time I get exceptional service from the team. They always put in extras like cleaning the interior and exterior. This is greatly appreciated. The manager Ahmad attempted to remove some of the scratches which were as a result of petrol station car wash. The customer service is very friendly and helpful, very down to earth team. Cheers guys.

Very happy with the team at King Toyota. We traded a higher price car on a car of lesser value and feel we got a fair deal. There was one minor fault with the trim on the 'new' car which was quickly resolved. Thankyou Garry, Lisa and the team.

I bought a used camry from this dealer. Not sure whether they have checked the battery or not, but the battery was almost in the final stage of its life. I was facing some issue with the battery and I called Simon from King Toyota. He immediately agreed to pay for the new battery. Overall my experience with King Toyota was good and I would definitely recommend this dealer.

My partner and I had booked a test drive for a Lexus CT200h.  We showed up, signed the paperwork, Ernesto sales guy drives the car out front and tells us we’re good to go.  Before taking off I walked around the car and noticed the tires barely had any thread on them, one of them had gashes in the side.  At some point one of the tires must have blown because the inside of the front bumper was shredded.  Needless to say we did not drive the car, they should have never allowed us on the road as this presents a serious safety hazard.  Would not recommend this place, and if you do decide to consider them, please be careful and do your due diligence.

I was trying to fixed my loving HILUX from several months, I was searching good mechanics, unfortunately all of them are fully booked. One day I drove to Lower Hutt King TOYOTA service center. That very friendly service office team strat a way booked my HILUX gearbox, clutch , front break Repairs including toyota genuine spares. Also that done my HILUX WOF too. Excellent team work, Highly recommended. Convenient and good support for senior citizens. Thank you very much guys.

Good services, very helpful and nice people

We took King Toyota up on a discounted 30 point service offering recently.  The front office service was excellent.  However the technical service gets a big thumb down as they completely failed to detect very worn brake pads and recommend an immediate replacement.  Luckily the people who did a recent warrant of service check at another garage picked this up so we're safe again.  On that basis I would not recommend King Toyota for any service work.

Very rude new car sales. Had to find someone to ask if we could have a look at a car. Then When asked for keys. Was asked why i needed the keys. And told me that they have to show me the car... well why didnt you come and show me the car when i asked the first time to check it out.

Faultless service. I have been using them since 1996 and never once had a problem. It amuses me why people write about an experience they didn't like as there wouldn't be one business on the planet that is perfect in every way. I've found it better to talk to a manager and share any poor service or product with them, they will appreciate it and rectify any issues.
