Awesome buying experience with them at Value motors but after sales they don't wanna know about any concerns with the car.Had a few issues 3 months after buying it all to do with the electrics.Have tried calling,emailing even went to the years to voice our issues and never gotta call back till 8 months laters.They say go to their workshop in Marsden St only for Value motors to tell the workshop they not covering the costs.Workshop says the wiring is dodgy in the car and has been that way before we bought it. We are in for a battle here

I dealt with James at Value Motors easy as trade in from down here in Central Otago, James was friendly and very flexible with my trade in which was amazing! Stoked as great service!
If you need a vehicle they have a wide range of cars to 2wd or 4wd ute easy to apply online , if you apply in the morning you will get it the same day . The staff are helpful and friendly if you need help do not hesitate to ask them
Look somewhere else, quick to sell you a vehicle but after service is a problem, if I could give zero stars I would, will definitely look somewhere else in the future.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I bought a vehicle that I wasn’t happy with, was laughed at when I wanted to return it, so had their mechanic look at it as mechanical light came on weeks after buying and the mirrors on visor literally fall off when you open them. They didn’t repair this still. Don’t waste your money or time.
We purchased a car from Value Motors about 5 weeks ago. At the time we were extremely happy with the the salesman James who approached us. Nothing was a problem. A very good trade in was offered for our car. Earlier we had visited Great Wall Motors in Happy Valley - the guy there was the complete opposite to their loss. About 3 weeks later we discovered a leak and took it to our local mechanic who found a radiator leak. It needed to be replaced. Luckily we purchased mechanical cover! Contacted Value Motors and Bear was quick to agree to cover any costs not covered by the insurance and as we are on the Kapiti Coast, he was happy for our mechanic to do the work. We can only praise Value Motors so far! We will certainly buy from them again and happy to recommend to others.
They doing something right at value motors cause they just keep growing. I've watched them over the last 10 years just grow and get better and better..keep up the Good work jesse and team.
