Brought a Truck off SsangYong 5 years ago - excellent service. Brought a Korando recently and have no complaints. Excellent service from Jack, Rajni and the rest of the staff at SsangYong lower hutt
Genuinely nice people. I felt no pressure to buy and was given all of the information I needed to make my decision. Jack went above and beyond right through from my first visit to the yard many months ago to offering to help me sync my phone to my new car!
Customer Service is as bad as the product they sell. you have about as long as it takes to break not long then you are on your own. Goodluck.
Worst service ever. Ssangyong A200 ute is garbage- endless issues and zero after sales service. Ssangyong Lower Hutt are happy to take your money but provide zero after care. Had vehicle serviced and it came back with headlight still out. Mechanic sent out to fix headlight and had wrong bulb, what a joke. The list goes on. Wish I could praise them for something but unfortunately have nothing good to say about the vehicle or establishment.
Just bought a Korando and feel very happy with it. It is a very good car and of great value. Really appreciate that all issues have been resolved promptly to my satisfaction. Many thanks to the professional and friendly people there.
No stars from me very bad experience never again and I dont recommend anyone to be ripped off by theses people two different prices in the invoice over $9000 of job $3600 for turbocharger and then when asked again the price went from $3600 to $6800 cause I didn't want everything else done I have proof and I will be posting on Facebook so the whole world knows what I've been face with Bills from this company stay away
Darren and Sam were amazing to deal with. They went out of their way to accommodate our every whim and provided loads of different options to us. They were the best of all the dealers we visited while looking for a car - and believe me, we visited loads! Although we still havent decided on what we want yet, we definitely recommend this dealership.
Sorry, trying to buy off these guys was too hard! Follow up was poor and there was no willingness to provide any customer service after we went there twice - the second time to purchase. We went elsewhere.
Ok but not good price for trade ins.
