Super east buying and financing process. Vehicle delivered to my doorstep. One very happy customer. Car is in amazing condition for the price, interior is immaculate. Thank you so much. I have already recommended you to friends who are looking at replacing their car.
These guys sell beautiful cars that are well looked after at good prices. Great customer service and communication. Nice owner too. 10/10 would recommend.
Awesome team! I am strongly recommanding the place. I will come back if I need a car. People working here are very nice, very good customer experience. Feeling welcome and valued. After my purchase I was hearing a noise when I was driving. The team nicely proposed me to come back with the car. They had a professional look and explained me the noise was normal and due to the type of tyre that they just changed. The noise will stop. They gently invite me to come at any time if I have any concern about the car. Very professional team. 5 stars. Very smooth and stress free financing. So nice to see things going so well quickly, and smoothly. Thanks to Vanessa for the great experience. Thanks to Tyler for preparing the car and responding promptly to my questions.
Recently brought a car from Trade in Clearance. Wasnt that happy with the service. Even though the car needed an oil change and a new front tyre, they wouldnt budge on price. Picked the car up and the car hadnt been cleaned on the inside cobwebs and marks . The spare keys arent working and only half a tank of gas. Did expect more since price 17K was non negotiable. Wont go back in a hurry.
Very recomended second hand car dealership in wellington , they have a range of different vehicles lots to choose from , great price too for the vehicle , i bought a white Vw golf and i got it on a bargain compared to other second hand car dealerships , definitely coming back
After an $1800 repair bill for a WOF for my old car, I threw in the towel and decided it was time for a new car. I’d spent a few days by this point looking on Trade Me and Boycott but was apprehensive to commit as there are too many dodgy sellers and these, in turn give the genuine sellers a bad name. A friend of mine sent me the link for Clearance Cars and having my heart set on another twin turbo Subaru Legacy, I instinctively changed the listing order to lowest price first so I knew I’d view all cars within my budget. Needless to say, when a 6 seater Ford Falcon came up, my search stopped as I’ve been trying to find one for years. At that point the Subaru no longer mattered. Without any further thoughts to what I was doing, I sent my inquiry through and got a phone call from Pan almost immediately. I decided to try for finance and despite almost loosing it due to me messing up my income, it was resubmitted and approved. I’m in Napier so I packed the man child and kids into the Jazz at 5am and headed to Wellington to collect it. Naturally, I got us lost in the main city for 2 hours and was ringing every 5 minutes for bearings but staff laughed it off unfazed and we found our way in the end. Valuable lesson to invest in a Navman discovered. As I made my way into the showroom, I found staff very inviting, willing to help and invested in their customers. I made my way to my blind purchase for a final inspection and was informed by Pan that a new WOF and 3 months rego had just been done earlier in the week. True to Falcon form, I was greeted with the roar of the engine and the memories of the thunks and clanks of childhood from me stepfather’s old Falcon. The car drives very smoothly, is comfortable and very, very spacious. We stopped in Masterton to feed the sprogs and discovered that the remote batteries didn’t work and we couldn’t unlock with the key. New batteries fixed that problem. Can’t complain. New dash switches missing which I was informed of upon purchase but minor 'problems' to say the least. A week in and I am very, very happy with my purchase. Though upon looking at NZTS as I wanted a yearly cost for rego, it came back with an error that the vehicle is exempt from registration which make no sense to me as it had to go through the system to obtain both a current rego and WOF. I assume it’s a delay in processing ownership papers as they have yet to arrive due to covid so if one of the sales staff can contact me ASAP, that would be fantastic. Despite the ‘glitch in the Matrix’ my overall experience has been great. Thank you Clearance Cars!
Bought a car and a truck from here. Awesome service from Tyler and happy with purchases. I've highly recommended this place to my whanau and friends
Delt with Nick he was great and fair with price. Loads of cars down there! Very happy with the Commodore not many out there in this good of condition cheers guys
That's a whole lot of cars under a roof which is great for Wellington weather,no pressure from sales staff, just a friendly greeting as I walked in
Review I like the car it was an ok price. Beware though if there is an issue that is no fault of your own eg. 2x windows & door that don’t work. Negotiate these into the price as it can take a number of discussions, visits & time to fix. If you are given a courtesy car, check that it is legal & has some petrol in there as you may initially be told yours will be ready the next day when in actuality it turns out to be 6 days later. When ringing the office number on behalf of my sister to enquire about a $10-$20 petrol voucher as a kind gesture for all the muck around could be provided I was told by Steve that I was being unreasonable because the courtesy car is the courtesy & they are not driving your car. Steve says that his guys put in $30 each time their cars are to be used but according to a 1490cc Mazda Demio with the petrol gauge light on & the needle sitting on the bottom line, I don’t think this is true. After putting in $7 the needle nearly made it to the 2nd line, imagine what $30 would do? If you ask to speak with anyone else he will suggest the cleaner, I did not understand at the time but now I know his title within the company - Sales Manager, it reeks of superiority that compliments his rude demeanour. Steve has the worst customer service I have ever experienced & Angela, whoever she is will sigh loudly with disgust & snicker in the background while you are on speaker phone. In the end Steve said his guys would put petrol into the purchased car upon return of the Mazda Demio however on 09/03/20 that did not happen. Steve is not a man of his word - bad leaders care about who is right while good leaders care about what is right. Concerning this “leadership” is in place.
