What a let down. Cheap and nasty would be the best way to describe this motel... but with the not so cheap on price for what you get. (Review based on motel not hostel.) First off i have no problem with the virtual assistant receptionist. However if you're not genY or later you may struggle. (I had two oldies come to my room asking how to get in their room...) Now for the room review. The bed felt like it had been stuffed with old milk crates and then an electric blanket grill placed over the top. The tv was on such a high shelf that you practically had to stand on the bed inorder to change the channel. The wifi was non-existent... you can't even get to the connection page. When i enquired i was advised to try again in the morning as everyone must be on it. I did so and there was no improvement... it was still rubbish. The iron also was cheap home brand junk which made my business shirt look like i pressed it using a jaffle maker. The shower was also bad with the water temp and pressure fluctuating constantly. Very disappointed. Points offered for bed/wifi/price/shower/room comfort. Awarded in this review for nothing. If i could give no stars i would.

This motel is alright. Have all we need for a short stay. The virtual reception is interesting :)

The worst place I have ever stayed! I've stayed in the main building and it was a lot of noise. Every time someone closed a door, the whole building shakes and wake you up. The worst part is that I've stayed in a room next to the tv area. Some people were talking after the quiet time, until midnight. I went outside to complain three times and it was being caused by the hotel receptionist itself, drinking beers!
