Story

Turkish Delight Restaurant is proud to be renowned as Canberra's very first Turkish Restaurant, serving it's customers since 1981. The restaurant is special not only for its food. Stepping into the door is like stepping into Turkey. We truly believe in giving an atmosphere like no other restaurant and feel as though our precious restaurant gives a feeling of entering a whole other world.

Over expensive food specially with the new management. Serving size is too little . I was served with stale salad and all they had to emphasize was that its fresh and ignoring my complaint. Bread served was so hard - who heats the turkish bread with oil on the top? I had a really good experience with the old management but new owners need to step up with atleast good customer service.

The restaurant is definitely one of the best restaurants I have ever visited! The food is very delicious, the staff are extremely friendly, and the restaurant's design itself is amazing! I can't wait until the next time I visit this delightful restaurant! 😀😉👍

This restaurant, by far, serves the best Turkish delicacy in Canberra. It is highly recommended and I encourage patrons to attend on weekends to see the belly dancing.

The absolute worst service. Had to wait ages to get our entrees and after we had finished our dishes, we were still there after an hour waiting for our mains. Decided to just get the rest of our meal for takeaway which took another 20 minutes. Unbelievable. Would not recommend

Quality food and nice decor. We had the banquet and were unable to finish so yes, the servings are generous. Staff were courteous but weren't overly knowledgeable of the food. Overall a very nice restaurant.
