It's 10.05pm on Saturday night and I am only now sitting down to eat home delivery. I called at 7.22pm to order and was told they were busy and delivery would take around 45 minutes. Fine. I called at 8.39pm to say I hadn't received my order. I was told the driver was on the way. Google maps shows the drive as 9 minutes. I called again at 9.41pm to say the delivery had not arrived. I was told they would check with the driver and call back. No call back. Driver arrived at around 9.52pm, two and a half hours after I ordered. The driver was apologetic and explained they had to make four other deliveries. I asked if that meant the food would be cold. It was luke warm. I asked the driver if there would be any discount on the $67.30 order given it was so late. The driver had to call her Boss. The Boss suggested free nan bread or pappadums next time. Do they really think there will be a next time? I am a big supporter of local business and I hope businesses do well. I hope this is taken as constructive feedback and action taken to improve the service.

The Indian cuisine here is amazing. It is affordable. The staff are friendly and professional. Service is prompt. Have been here many times over last 10 years.
