This store is meant to be open 24/7 for the drive thru. Their google hour reflect this as does their mobile app as does other sources online. So why is it recurringly unavailable in the middle of the night? They can’t even be bothered to put up some signage to explain what’s happening and when they’re going to be open again.nnThis is the second time in maybe five days I have put in an order in the middle of the night only to find the drive thru is blocked off and they aren’t serving customers. I don’t know what this store’s problem is but they don’t seem to turn off the option to order on the app when they aren’t actually open or utilitise the opening hours on Google to properly communicate whether they’re open or not. Their app also won’t tell you if they don’t have a particular item so you can turn up and half your order is unavailable and the whole thing is a waste of time and effort. On top of all this they will then process they payment of the orders you cannot collect and it’s up to you to notice this and call them between their limited hours of support and request a refund which then takes a couple of days to be processed.nnOh yeah and the outside and inside lights are all left on so you’re left thinking they are good to be open right up to the moment you try enter the drive thru.nnThe first time this happened I called them and they answered and said they were doing maintenance or something. Ok fair enough it happens I guess. When the same issue happened again approx five days later they couldn’t even be bothered to answer the phone. Clearly the exact same people are in the store doing god knows what as the same two cars are in the parking lot. Check out the photosnnIs this a joke? It feels like a joke. I’m sick of this store wasting my time but there is next to no other option for food after midnight in this area.
Hungry Jack’s on Emu Bank, Belconnen, delivers solid fast-food staples with quick service. The Whoppers are fresh, and the fries are crisp. Staff is friendly, but cleanliness could improve during busy hours. Convenient location with decent parking. A reliable stop for a quick bite!
Seriously worst service ever!! Made a easy order of 2 chips and 3 frozen drinks different flavoured as advertised as available on all signs in store though watched many more customers order in drive through and at the counter who all got their orders before ours. Our order ended up on screen with big red urgent and the timer from order was 10 + minutes - eventually who appeared to be manager handed me chips and with zero apology for wait or anything stated all the flavoured drinks we wanted were unavailable - ridiculous!! We won’t be back!!
i ordered 2 chicken royal super stunner 1 large 1 medium. she repeated my order while repeating my order she said 2 cheese burgers, i said 2 chicken royal super stunner and i reached home and check the meal it were cheese burgers. Are you guys out of mind? every time i go there they do silly things. if you haven’t understand dont nudge your freaking head, ask 1000times. This time i couldnt wait you to give 1 star and bad reviews.
My son ordered some food there last night through the app and got it delivered , when he realised that a large fries was missing he decided to give them a call , when he explained what has happened they hung up on him , so i decided to call the person i spoke to i could hardly understand a word she was saying 9 i thought i spoke to telstra for a moment and try to explain what has happened i was told the order is on its way , so i had to explain again that the order is here minus the large fries , all i wanted was a refund for the chips but that was way too difficult for the to do , HOPELESS and very bad Customer Service , Message to Hungry Jacks , get you act together and when you stuff up do whatever you can to fix it instead of telling me to come to the store and collect the chips , last point whoever you get to talk to Customers on the phone make sure they can speak English
