Excellent burgers combined with bad service, with the staff brushing off people by saying this is what you get in the morning. Orders mix-up and delayed, or not correctly put in. The burgers were also sloppily created and spilled out when opened. If you cater for breakfast crowd at 8am, then be prepared for providing the service when people do land up.
If I could give NO stars I would!! I have had ALOT of BAD burgers, but NONE, THIS bad!! Please look at the photo and tell me if you can even tell me what burger this is?? Keep in mind it’s only slightly bigger than a slider!!nnI don’t expect them to look exactly like their photos, but there’s a MASSIVE contrast, and this looks like just a bun with nothing in it!! At first, I actually thought they forgot to make it altogether.. then I opened it, and OMG!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!nnThe grilled chicken burger is only a very small burger to start with, but it didn’t even have a full piece of chicken on it?? That is NOT a chicken breast!! It was NOT even half filled!! The already tiny bun, verging on a slider.. Not only that, there was one thin dry small piece of tomato and barely any lettuce and nearly no sauce?? Then add to that the tiny piece of chicken that was actually on it, was so dry I couldn’t actually eat it?? It was like chewing on flour!!nnSorry, but when someone pays that amount $10of money for a burger, then give them what they pay for!! Would you pay for this?? NOT good enough by a LONG SHOT!! I got an almost empty burger so dry it was INEDIBLE!!nnI also got a bacon delux burger, also VERY average, same issues, meat was really dry and actually burnt!! Barely anything else on it and barely any sauce! $11 down the drain.. All up I spent $21 on practically buns!! NOT HAPPY!!nnThey USED to be great burgers from this store, small but chocked full and juicy meat, full of salad, and plenty of sauce!! But for a while now, the last few times I have ordered, NOT acceptable by a LONG mile!!nnIf your main slogan is going to be “the burgers are better at hungry jacks”, then give people a proper decent burger, not a near empty dry inedible one!! False advertisement at its best!nnI will NOT be returning and will be sure to let everyone I know, the quality of your so called burgers is NOT worth the money by a long shot!! Sorry, but your falsely advertising that YOUR burgers are better, when you can’t even give anyone, an even half decent burger, never mind a “better” burger, then have the nerve to charge a fortune for a bun!!
So far I had great experience with them. Both with customer service and taste. The Double Angus burgers are something you shouldn't miss. You can always get ur food and enjoy it next to the lake adjacent to it.nP.s. their beef doesn't get cross contaminated with pork.
Got this at 1am on 05/09/2025. What do you say really, going out your way to make the lid close on the burger and send it out.. there wasn’t even a line in the drive thru, patty smiths burgers is open till 2am just next door, they’re alright but more expensive.
I ordered delivery through the hungry apps app and my food came COMPLETELY DRENCHED in the drinks that were ordered after the delivery driver had spilt it in the bag of food. Half the order was also missing and the food arrived 30 minutes after ordered and my poor nan went to bed hungry as nothing in the order was edible. Incredibly poor service. A refund wasnt even offered in compensation, the delivery driver just shrugged it off and said it wasnt his problem.
