Excellent burgers combined with bad service, with the staff brushing off people by saying this is what you get in the morning. Orders mix-up and delayed, or not correctly put in. The burgers were also sloppily created and spilled out when opened. If you cater for breakfast crowd at 8am, then be prepared for providing the service when people do land up.
Absolutely ridiculous experience. I ordered a Nutella Storm, which anyone who’s had one knows usually comes with Nutella all down the sides of the cup. This one barely had any at all. When I asked why, I was told it was because of hazelnut allergies… which makes zero sense considering I was literally buying a product made with Nutella hazelnuts.nnI then asked the manager, who claimed that’s “how it’s supposed to come.” Fine — so I asked if I could pay for extra Nutella. His solution? One tiny squirt on the very top. That’s it.nnSo apparently you can sell a hazelnut product, blame hazelnut allergies for not serving it properly, and then charge extra for what should already be included — only to still barely add anything. Poor service, poor logic, and definitely not worth the money. Won’t be back.
Burgers had cold buns and it wasn’t even busy. Dine-in and takeaway felt the same because everything was still given in paper bags.nnAlso the place looked messy, bins were full and tables didn’t look wiped properly. Pretty disappointing overall.
3 simple items only one edible, Horrible food even after more than 15 mins wait.nThe ingredients seem to be old. Bread must be stale as super hard edges even though the toast wasn't even burnt. The chicken royale had a over cooked patty again seemed old in taste.nLooking at the recent reviews looks like they dont care anymore. Online ordering is bs had to wait in drive thru over 10 mins.
The burgers are better than Mackers at Hungry Jack's. They have a larger seving size too. They also have a new dessert which is called the storm Mackers' equivalent of McFlurry but better which you can have with Oreo, Flake, Biscoff and Nutella. Wait is a bit ling though and they can do with an improvement in customer service. They are delicious and are worth trying. Regards @fooderarri
