They got my order wrong 4 times, overcharged me and didn't offer a refund. They also got angry with me because my order was wrong, and they spilled coffee all over my new car because they were mad they got the order wrong. I'm very upset with this service and as a sales man, this customer service is unacceptable and should be dealt with. I understand the order mistakes, everyone makes mistakes. But the fact that they didn't own up or apologise made me very upset, they even told me the wrong price and tried overcharging through paywave. Is this sort of service being trained? I don't see how else an entire crew makes several mistakes and is angry with me for me not receiving what I ordered.

Worst McDonald ever. So many clueless staff running around. Our coffees were so sweet, 4 pumps of syrup were added. And the chia latte was so sickly sweet. She added 5 scoops of powder. So dirty and disgusting. Safety hazards were all over the floor in the service area. Should be shut down.

McDonalds. All the usual menu items served promptly and freshly. Handy suburban location with good drive through and plenty of parking.

This McDonalds is a regular fast food restaurant. The menu is the same. The staff sometimes can get it wrong. The drive thru can make you wait. The young trainees serve you looking nervous and not knowing how to properly use the register. Sometimes the toilets aren't too clean and the tables are dirty. The manager can be directing trainees and using a voice loud enough and stressing enough to even give me anxiety as I wait in line. With orders flying everywhere and sometimes lines of customers out the door and children shrieking and running around full of sugar and on the playground ... this McDonalds, despite its flaws, is amazing. We are all human so the above problems happen even to the best of us but the staff here over the years have been courteous, kind, helpful and it's made it feel warm and welcoming. I have been coming here since my kids were in the pram now they are taller than me. Over the years we have been delighted with the service of many of the staff and were extremely sad as they moved on. Rowan who used to work on the McCafe making coffee was one in particular who always went above and beyond. His coffee was legendary and I even saw customers waiting for him to arrive and refusing to order till he was making it. The staff provide table service with a smile and make you feel at ease and my children have been delighted over the years with free balloons and stickers and games given to them. Leonie is a gorgeous staff member who is always ready to help you with a smile! The playground too has recently had a wonderful upgrade. The McHappy days are fun with face painting, hair coloring, and entertainment. So even though it's only a regular McDonalds, it's a part of the local community and a place to meet up with friends and enjoy a tiny break. To have a chat to the staff about your day and have a laugh about a joke. To walk in and feel comfortable and relaxed. Thank you Charnwood Maccas for all your hard work to make us all happy. My 11yr old son wants to propose a new item to sell on the menu. We recently have seen the "coffee in a cone" craze around Canberra and so he has invented ...
