Best pizza place with delicious pizza. Not even joking. Absolutely marvellous. Some of the pizzas remind me of Brazil. I'm never going to Domino's again.

This place has some of the most amazing pizza in Canberra, and the Cabonara is sooooo good. Just like home made. The staff are excelent and all in all it is a fast and awesome meal of great quality. 10/10 to Mills and Grills

We've been to Mills & Grills a few times now and it's clear why this is a local favourite. Really excellent pizza, served hot, served fast - with great-tasting, high-quality toppings and a lot of choice. What's not to like?!nnThere's easy parking in the shopping centre carpark, but do be aware that there's a single eat-in table in the small shopfront so this is really designed to be takeaway. The faster you can eat it, the better, though - there's nothing quite like that slightly crispy, hot dough!

The first time I had bought a pizza here was 2 months back. I loved the pizza so have been back a couple of times. The pizzas are cost friendly and staffs are great.nBut I wish the quality of the pizza was more consistent. The pizza I got last week was bad. The dough was dry and it didn’t taste good.nThe wedges and fat chips are consistently good and the portion is huge. Would have given 5 stars if the quality of the pizza was consistent.

Unprofessional, Disrespectful and rude behaviour by the Staff Lacey.nnAs a long-time regular customer of Mills and Grills, I have always loved the food and been a loyal supporter. But after my recent experience, I am absolutely appalled, angry, and deeply saddened by the disgraceful customer service I received.nnI had the misfortune of dealing with one of your staff members named Lacey. Her behavior was unbelievably rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional, both over the phone and in person. When I arrived, she continued with her same obnoxious attitude and sarcastic behavior.nnI never wanted to even give a single star for the customer service. It is devastating to see a place I once loved so much let someone treat a loyal customer this way. I cannot understand how a business could allow such behavior to go unchecked. I strongly urge the owner to address this immediately. If this is the level of service customers can expect, you are bound to lose more than just one dedicated customer.nnThis experience has been nothing short of disheartening and infuriating. Please take this seriously before your reputation is further damaged.
