Since moving to Tuggeranong it is the only place I take my dog, a half dalmation/lab who grew up from 3 to 13 under their care. Great place for quality discussions regarding pet health and care.

Wow customer service sure has changed over the years. Understand not taking new clients due to shortages etc.  But there is zero need to snap at people over the phone "if they have access to the internet" if you're reccomending an alternative service to contact if they ask if you have contact details!

I have been going to this VET for three years and always had a great service. Often we had to wait half and hour or so but that’s the nature of a VET. This time I arrived at 3:05 for a 3:00 appointment and waited for another customer to finish before checking in. It was 3:12 when they registered him and cancelled the appointment. At no time did they ask what ailed my dog and there was absolutely no care. Understand they have some challenges but the dog’s health was never of concern just process.

The whole team here are absolutely amazing! One of our dogs was bitten by a eastern brown snake and once found after work was rushed straight to this veterinary hospital. If it wasn't for the amazing work, care and attention she was given by the entire staff she would not have made it. I wouldn't consider taking my pets anywhere else to get the best care!

We see Katherine and she is great, compassionate and caring. She takes the time to explain everything. Karen, Ben and Jerald are also great vets I would highly recommend all four to my friends.

Staff are fantastic and real animal lovers. Thank you for your kindness at each visit and caring for our fur babies.

Trusted and loved family Vets.  I have taken our furry family members to the Tuggeranong Veterinary Hospital for well over 25 years.  We have received nothing but the best of care, medical needs, compassion, friendship and much more from everyone at Fadden over the years.  They have always treated our animals as if they were their own.  I can't even imagine how stressful and difficult it is for them working through covid and the Vet shortage situation in Australia at the moment.  I highly recommend them for quality care of your loved pets.

2019 review: caring, and trustworthy. Great vets - they are up front about treatment options and do their best to help keep costs down as much as possible.  Updated Sept 2022: called this morning for an emergency with my cat but was told they had closed my cats file as it had been too long since last visit, and they wouldn't see him. Not taking any new patients, so don't bother if you've not been there in the last year or so
