Welcome to Weston Creek Veterinary Hospital.

Our philosophy is to treat your pets as if they were our own and to provide excellent customer service.

WCVH has been caring for the pets of Weston Creek and Woden since 1973. We are one of only three hospitals in Canberra accredited by the Australian Small Animal Veterinary Association as a hospital of excellence.

This vet messed us around so much with my dogs medication, then lost our prescription and argued with us that we didn’t bring it in, they then called later stating they had found it after we had already gone to my usual vet to get another one. Very disappointed with this vet and will not be going back - terrible experience.
Dr. Meredith Phillips was absolutely amazing so professional and compassionate towards my 16 year old cat and to me. my beautiful sweet cuddly boy had to be put to sleep he was sooooooo sick and we had both been awake all night watching and waiting for his last breath. couldn't have asked for a better and kinder team. we were treated with so much respect and the bill was under $200 which also helped my grief . Thankyou so much for the support in our time of sincere tragedy God bless you all always

I was charged $84.50 for advice to take my guinea pig elsewhere as this clinic doesn't really deal with small animals. I was not told this when I booked, and there is nothing on the website indicating this. They recommended Molonglo Veterinary Clinic, which I found to be excellent.
Lovingly place and the staff r really helpful and friendly too your pets
We had no established vet in Canberra having recently moved back after 3 years away and When your precious pet is sick and you don’t know why it is very stressful and upsetting. All staff at every point of contact was excellent from the first phone call to discharge. This is how you build trust and a loyal repeat base of patients. I cannot speak highly enough and thank you for looking after Gypsy so well and keeping us informed every step of the way so relieved to know you are there for her in the future. Special shout out to Dr Meredith.
Not happy about being charged for a "Buster Collar" when I supplied my own, poor admin practice, especially after telling them I was bringing my own.
This veterinary is severely unorganised, absolutely stuffed us around with medication for our dog
They are so informative and caring when assisting with issues that arise as our cats get older. It's not frequent that we have to visit them but when ever we do it's always helpful and we leave happy our cats are looked after well.
