We originally booked for 4 weeks due to a health issue and nearly 12 months later Gareth is still walking our dogs.   Always turns up no matter what the weather.  Easy communication, able to suspend for a week without issues.  Takes "proof of walk" photos every time. Our girls love him and go crazy when they hear his car pull up. .  Look at how excited they are to see him before the walk. They will be so disappointed we are now going to walk them ourselves.   Cannot recommend enough.

Cats and fish well cared for whilst we were away - and Sarah went above and beyond when she noticed an issue with our cooling system. Excellent service and will definitely be using again!

We have used ACT Home Pet Care for many years. The previous owners were always friendly, helpful and reliable. And that tradition is continuing with the new owners, Gareth and Steph, as we discovered when they kindly looked after our cats at short notice in mid December. But now there is more... Their new IT system for tracking appointments and giving prompt feedback via email after every visit is brilliant. So reassuring to know all is going well in our absence! Many thanks, Gareth and Steph.

The guys looked after our menagerie over the easter long weekend - 2 cats, 4 chickens, and a bearded dragon. They did an excellent job of getting information on what needed to be done for each of the critters the online system really helped as I could pop my own info in. And the actual experience was great - they send you a note and often a photo or two after each visit, and when we got home our various animal friends were all doing well. I'm very happy to have found these guys. My extended family, who previously ended up doing a lot of the pet care, are if anything even happier that we found them! :D

OMG! Gareth, Steph and Melina were AMAING!!! I have used petsitters for the past 21 years and these guys were hands down the very best. I came home to very well behaved dogs and they looked happy.  And the daily updates were so reassuring. Seeing my babies being walked and loved made the distance that much more easier. I will no longer be using anyone else in the future.

We have had Tanya from ACT Home Pet Care looking after our animals dogs, cats, pigs, chooks and horses for many years now. She is kind, honest and reliable. She keeps in contact with us whilst we’re away, letting us know how our animals are going. It’s so nice to be able to go away and know they are all in such good hands.  I highly recommend her and wouldn’t use anyone else.

These guys are fantastic. Fast, efficient, prompt and polite. The app they use makes bookings a breeze and they leave a great write up after every visit, including pictures of the critters. We couldn’t do without them. Highly recommended!

Used this service over Christmas and came home to a house full of vomit, no water available for my cat, ants in the food and water, and dirty utensils which they had not bothered to clean the whole time they had been feeding my cat. Tried to resolve the matter with the company through an email and they responded with a rude email telling me I had over-reacted. I don’t think being worried about the care and safety of my pet is over-reacting. Do not recommend this service.
