I got my shed built by them, and from start to finish it was a nightmare. Told approval dates that blew out by 3 weeks, start dates that blew out by 2. When the shed arrived I questioned if it was all there, was told it was, but lone and behold a second truck turned up the next day because the rest was "Forgotten to be loaded"

The shed erectors, who I may add were subcontractors, were top notch blokes. It was just a pity that there wasn't enough shed sheets for them to finish the shed. 

Even a week after the sheeting arrived, my shed still wasn't finished for another 2 weeks as the bars I'd ordered and paid extra for had not been made, and probably never would have arrived if it wasn't for my phone calls and emails.

Don't get me wrong, it's a good quality shed and I love it, but the sheer frustration that came from Tuff Built wasn't enough to justify using them again, nor the price I paid.
