Extremally not well trained staff. Very long waiting time. No recommend at all. I am afraid what if they will have more customers .... This is a tiny little cafe in Katoomba that is doing surprise things. Great services great coffee and build your own fresh Waffle Plates! delicious food and comfortable cafe, enjoy our girls talk.
Coffee is good, hot chocolate could be better. Prices are very reasonable though they changed the prices on the menu apparently a day ago by 10% for NY holiday Service could be a little fast though as I saw a few customers cancelling their orders coz the wait time for a plain waffle was too long
The best chocolate milkshake I have had for 30 years. The waffles were excellent - try chocolate waffle with icecream and caramel sauce for a real treat. Will visit again when next in Katoomba

Fantastic and very consistent coffee outlet with cakes and treats that melt in the mouth. Vegan and gluten free muffins are particularly wonderful....
Great coffee, awesome waffles, good service.
Service was good. Food was pretty tasty given the cheap cost. Coffee was noticeably better than other places in town. Nice little hole in the wall! If I ever make it back I know where I’m going for brunch!
