I had a terrific experience at Triple M in Stapylton.nnFrom the get go Mark McManus the sales clerk was outstanding from start to finish. He even came and checked in when I was having the tray fitted. He is very knowledgeable about the trays and equipment.nnWe live and travel full time in our Ute. When at the factory I waited for the fitment and they provided a complimentary all you can eat and drink cafe experience. The staff there were so accomodating and kind.nnWe had a warranty claim and Geoff Richardson was incredible to deal with. He dealt with it promptly and efficiently, maintaining great customer service from start to finish.nnI would highly recommend the heavy duty alloy tray to anyone. Having it fitted at the factory direct was not only significantly cheaper then an individual dealer, but the team vibe and service when there was awesome. Thanks again.
My 79 series 2012 model had a very heavy steel tray and towing my Caravan I had too much weight on the rear axle. I asked Triple M to remove my steel tray and fit the same size aluminium tray. Weight saving about 200kg. I am so glad I chose Triple M to get it done. Super tidy product and old fashion great service. Good to see we still have businesses in Australia who make a great product for a fair price
This is a very professional Australian business. This company in my opinion continues to be a ‘shining light’ in Australian manufacturing, especially during an era when most Australians unfortunately have become rather pessimistic about the future of Australian light to medium manufacturing. The success of this company directly contradicts and challenges the often held defeatist notion amongst a lot of Australians that quote’ ‘Australian manufacturing is dead’ and that ‘everything is made overseas now because we can’t afford to make it here’ at the acknowledgement that reduced quality standards are often associated with this practice, for example. As a customer I rate my dealings with the Triple M team at 10/10 due to a number of positive aspects of this company including the quality of their manufacturing processes, straight-forward and transparent marketing, high standard quality control practices, a fair pricing structure and policy, the existence of a responsive sales team and importantly due to the obvious skill and diligence of their fitters. Recently I had some accessories fitted to my existing Triple M tray. As a customer my interactions and service provided by this company exceeded my expectations and I was treated with the utmost respect at all times by the employees of this company. The sales team and fitters did a perfect job. Looking forwarding to further business with Triple M Tray Bodies. Help to give Australians a job by supporting this Australian business.
Great company to deal with. Very professional staff and tray accessory item quality is very good with very competitively prices. I wouldn't waist time shopping around for aftermarket accessories again and go straight back to the OEM of my tray. Thanks Triple M, keep up the good work!
