I had a stressful start to the morning. Running late due to breastfeeding 4 month old and battling Auckland traffic. I called to say i was running 10min late. Fearful that they would cancel my steroid injection I had been waiting for months. Delayed with pregnancy etc. The staff at TRG yesterday morning were very understanding, welcoming and accommodating. I appreciate the kindness you showed me even though it was my hectic life and time management to get there on time. Afterwards, while waiting for my husband to pick me up a very lovely staff member made me a coffee. Really made my day. Thank you
Wonderful place , friendly staff, free coffee while waiting, therapy dog on Monday, underneath of orthopaedic clinic, X-ray, CT scan , MRI , ultrasound can be done here
I am very claustrophobic so was anxious going in for an MRI scan. I shouldn't have worried. Beautiful clinic and staff were great! The scanner was very roomy and they played my favourite music on headphones. So lucky to have had the opportunity to experience my first mri here. Thank you!
It was easy to make appointment and instructions were clear.Very nice building and rooms and staff are very professional. I had a pelvic ultrasound and the report had crucial information but no details. My GP wasn’t pleased because she saw another ultrasound report for my same problem and it had lots more detail.
This was my second visit to TRG Milford. On both occasions I have been received warmly by reception staff. The sonographer was lovely and very professional in her role Actually calling me back with something she was not 100% happy with I highly recommend TRG Imaging.
I came in for a CT with contrast yesterday and was a little anxious. The team, especially my scanning team, made the whole process easy and took away all the anxiety I had. Thank you for the exceptional, genuine friendly service A++=

We came to TRG as pregnancy ultrasound growth scan , because of Auckland Radiology Group is not doing that during Level 3. Only my wife was allowed to walked in this time, fully understand! Receptionist was awsome,friendly, booking system was perfect. N95 mask was given when you walked in,body temperature recorded,all remarkable so far. Howeverthe core work pregnancy ultrasound was extremely poor. $100 co payment was takennearly zero workout no image printing out was given. Only email u with low quality imagecannot see anythingUltrasound staff was impatient. We want some nice baby Ultrasound images to show to our parernts all overseas but very dispointing. We decided to do another one somewhere else next week.
Do not even bother booking an appointment here if you are pregnant and after a growth scan. I am 39 weeks pregnant - had one sonographer take measurements saying baby was 36 weeks along and then another come in straight after and measure baby being 40+ weeks along. Then write in my report that baby was footlong breech when she clearly was not as both sonographers where taking baby's head measurents in/on my pelvic bone area. Before, during and after the scan I could feel baby kicking my ribs. They also wrote an incorrect due date. Ended up getting a second opinion in hopistal the next day and the sonographer and doctors there confirmed baby is most definitely not breech. The unnecessary stress this caused is absolutely unacceptable. Incompetence or just not caring to do a thorough and accurate job.
I had a growth scan here this morning 11:30 and the lady I didnt catch her name who did my scan was absolutely amazing! I struggled with feeling very sick during my scan while lying down and she did everything she possibly could to make sure I was OK. She even let me sit up fully, which not one other technician anywhere else Ive been has done before. From start to finish the whole process was just so good and Im gutted I've only just found out about this place as I would have 100% gone here for every scan. Even the receptionist was super friendly! I'd give more stars if available!!
