I have been attending Trevor for approx 30 years. He is excellent and I unreservedly recommend him to anyone. He is highly professional, has the latest technology and has a genuine interest in the best eye care for you. He always employs excellent staff. Lisa is brilliant at her job and is exceptionally helpful when choosing spec frames.
Wow! After working in Coorparoo for almost 5 years, I can’t believe it took me so long to go to ‘Trevor Williams Optometry”. Trevor made me feel at ease as my eyes were tested on their state of the art equipment. As he talked me through the results of the tests I was confidant with Trevor’s knowledge that the future of my eye health was in safe hands. He really knows his stuff. After my test the ever so fabulous Lisa helped me pick out my new glasses. After trying on many pairs of glasses that might suit me from standard to daring to ones with flair I actually settled on the pair I tried on first. Lisa knew we were onto a winner from the word go. She certainly has an eye for knowing what look suits each face the best no pun intended. All in all an excellent experience.
Best service and highest level of professional standards. I went to cheaper providers and their glasses gave me splitting headaches. Trevor is in a class of his own and his lovely assistant Lisa. Best service ever. Thank you very much guys. AAA+++. From .. Mark
Exceptional optometrist Lisa the receptionist is absolutely lovely, professional and knowledgeable Trevor is fantastic and keeps his practice up to date, every check-up there is a new machine! I am glad to have gone here for years and would give a higher review if it was possible
I highly recommend Trevor. He is knowledgeable, good-natured, and gets results. I especially recommend him if you are struggling with dry/itchy/red eyes.
I have been so impressed with Trevor Williams Optometry over the years. Not only with the excellent clinical and personable care that Trevor provides, but also with Lisa, who works on Reception, but who also has great technical knowledge and experience about lenses and frames for spectacles. Recently, a spectacle company who had taken over from another company that issued my glasses nearly 2 years ago, refused to honour a 2 year guarantee to replace a broken frame, which had also left a small crack in the lense. Lisa's advocacy for me, on this matter, was amazing. She, along with Trevor, made the offer, not only to replace the frame at the business's own expense but to upgrade the lense prescription to my current vision status. This went above and beyond what the guarantee covered. Customer Service and clinical/technical knowledge at this optometrical practice is superb.
Trevor has been my optometrist for a very long time and every visit has ALWAYS been a positive experience. So very pleased with his professionalism, excellent eye care and cutting edge technology. He has a lovely, patient and caring manner, always taking time to help me with all my questions and concerns. Trevor, along with Lisa and Kail in reception, are a great team and I would HIGHLY recommend them.
I would give Trevor 10 stars if I could. Not only are they the most helpful optometrists I have come across, with the highest quality on their glasses and lenses; but Trevor is always up to date with the latest Technology and improvements. I went for years not realising I could get a contact that I can wear while I sleep and then take out during the day for perfect eyesight. Trevor introduced me to it, and I’m still amazing people who go to other Optometrists that know nothing about it.
Have been going to Trevor and his team for a number of years and they never fail to offer excellent and skilled service both technically and in offering expert advice on frames and designs. I always have compliments about my glasses, and as something I wear everyday, it's nice to know that they look good as well as being functional. Highly recommended. Thanks guys
Lisa and Kail recently provided about the best service I have ever received from any business. Service starts with a friendly smile, and being personable. But good service must progress to professional and efficient actions, with a good dose of honesty. Great service goes beyond what can be reasonably expected, regardless of any hurdles in the way e.g. third party supplier letting them down despite their best efforts. Trevor Williams Optometry provide great service. I am very pleased with my new glasses and sunglasses. But I am even more pleased with the service. Lisa and Kail make a fantastic team. I recommend them highly. I will surely be back!
