Great, personalised service at Eyes on Edward is what makes the difference to us. We were back again last week and we got amazing service again from David & the team. My Husband and I have been going for years and it just gets better! The honest advice on frame selection is just so great . . . The team can confidently let you know what suits you and what doesn't and help you sort through a short list, then the decision! They have a brilliant selection of on-trend frames from all of the great designers. It is a well thought out and curated range of frames that allows you to hit the ground running on selection. I think this is a big difference from the larger chain stores. David takes care during the checkup to explain everthing . . . and I feel confident that he is looking out for all health-outcomes during the consultation. His business is clearly built on return clients, so you feel that through the whole process.

Extremely friendly folks. Super helpful with a great selection of frames. Had an outstanding service experience with them recently with a warranty case.
