Treasury on Collins (ToC) is a beautiful boutique hotel situated within a 19th century landmark building in the heart of Melbourne. The hotel has been refurbished and offers modern accommodation in a range of suites, loft apartments and one and two bedroom apartments.

Our luxury over-sized apartments were built for living not just sleeping. We offer a variety of apartment styles and bedding options are available to suit your every need. All guest rooms feature a well-appointed kitchenette, laundry facilities (washer/dryer), living / dining area (separate in all 1 & 2 bedroom apartments), large flat screen television, Netflix and unlimited business class Wi-Fi.

Guests are invited to enjoy complimentary snacks, tea, coffee and non-alcoholic beverages in the Treasured Guest Lounge from 7.00 am until 5.00 pm daily.

Right in the heart of Melbourne city centre, just a 5 minute walk to Bourke Street Mall, we are perfectly located on Collins Street with easy access to public transport – trains, trams, buses and taxies passing by the front door.

A short 10 - 15 minute walk from Treasury on Collins are Flinders Street and Southern Cross Stations, Direct Factory Outlet (DFO), Queen Victoria Market, Crown Casino, Melbourne Exhibition Centre, Melbourne Aquarium and hundreds of boutique shops, cafés and restaurants.

We enjoy ease of access to some of Melbourne’s best attractions and entertainment areas including the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), Olympic Park, Rod Laver Arena, theatres, art galleries such as the National Gallery of Victoria (NGV), Waterfront City (Docklands) Melbourne Zoo and Bridge Road shopping precinct. We had an amazing stay. The location of the hotel is close to everything if you want to walk or the trams are close by as well. The room was clean, tidy and quiet. The bed was super comfy and the washer/dryer was a massive plus. Breakfast each morning was great and the staff were all very welcoming and helpful. We'll definitely be staying again.
I have stayed here a number of times and would give it 7/5 stars if I could. The rooms are always immaculate, but you get that anywhere. What makes the difference are the wonderful staff. So accommodating, so helpful, so friendly. This is what I need when I'm away from home, a team who make me feel welcome and who will always help me out. I feel like I'm sharing a well kept secret....but heck, they deserve the rewards.
Had a wonderful stay! Delicious hot breakfast every morning. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the 'wine down' in the afternoon, both the mezzanine and the rooms themselves are extremely comfortable. Rooms are nice and quiet for sleep, and complimentary Netflix is awesome! Great location in the cbd pretty much in the heart of most things so easily walkable. Beautiful heritage building which I much prefer to a modern hotel. Service was great and super friendly. We enjoyed the wine down each evening before heading out - what a great idea!! For an apartment I found the size to be on the small side and quite expensive.
Best hotel for a family with kids. Staff were very helpful and kind with their service. The hotel is elegant and has very practical and large room with simple stove and microwave area. There’s also a huge wash and dryer machine in the bath. Breakfast was generous and, snack for the kids aplenty. Note that on Sat night we heard loud noise from drunks howling in the street at 2am. It was a very pleasant stay otherwise.
My wife and I stayed at Treasury on Collins for our honeymoon, and we were both highly impressed. The room was spacious, nicely furnished, and, my personal favorite, full of free Nespresso pods. It was also very quiet, and we barely heard the other guests coming and going. The breakfast was very tasty, and I probably ate my weight in the fruit loaf. They had bottled water, coffee, and great snacks available all day. The staff was very pleasant, attentive, and gracious to us during our honeymoon. The location was also great - a little off the main CBD to cut down on noise, but still very close to the action. We were very pleased with our stay.
We really enjoyed our stay here. Room was clean and really well presented. The breakfast was superb, and the complimentary evening wine is a bonus. Well worth and definitely recommended
