My Husband Ivan and I stayed here a few weeks ago. Luca and William were so lovely and accommodating to us from the start. Beautiful spacious and clean rooms, we had 1006 on the Tenth floor and were very happy. The staff are just wonderful. Secure Hotel with fantastic easy access to the Melbourne CBD. We will happily recommend to anyone wishing to stay here.
We are very happy to be able to stay here. We stayed here twice for 2 different occasions. New year 2022 and short weekend during disney on ice. My girls love it. The location is quite close for us, and quiet. We wish/ hope we are able to stay and spoil our girls' end of year again and during our older daughter 1st state sc swim in September 2024. Rooms: We stayed in 2 different style rooms for 2 different occasions, but both are clean and airy. Our kids have lots of allergies but they are good staying here. During winter without the heater is warm enough and during summer without air-conditioning cool enough for us. No heater in the bathroom unfortunately. Nearby activities: CBD, etc Safety: Safe Walkability: Walkable - good exercise and good for pocket Food and drinks: Any where you want Noteworthy details: We love it!
We stayed in a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment for a week 4 adults. It was wonderful, clean and spacious with a magnificent view of the Supreme Court of Victoria from the balcony. The kitchen has everything you need with a dishwasher but there are also so many amazing restaurants close by! There is also a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. The rooms are serviced daily. There is air conditioning in the living room. The wifi was great. The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful with recommendations. Last but not least, the location is fantastic. Couldn’t have gotten better value for money with a central location with so much public transport so close by tram stop outside, train station a few minutes walk away. There is also an indoor parking garage available. We will definitely stay there next time.
Beds need to be updated as they were extreamly uncomfortable for me and my partner... gave us a very stiff back every morning... we ended up buying a blowup mattress for the floor... found black mould in the shower and had to buy our own cleaning products and bin liners and the ones used by the hotel were inadequate... dont recommend a long stay... overnight would be OK but ask to try the beds first Rooms: See above
The apt is nice and large, fully equipped with a kitchen and laundry. However, the second room doesn't have a window.Rooms: 4/5
We had a wonderful stay at Quest on William. Booked a double bedroom apartment. The rooms are extremely clean and spacious with a huge balcony which is a big surprise. With this reasonable price, awesome location and great service, it got everything we need. Already booked it for our overseas friends coming next month.
I give five star review because my Jetstar flight got cancelled, so we are not able to go to Melbourne, but the Quest on William is willing to provide a full refund for my booking. I appreciated so much!Service: 5/5
The level of service at these apartments is second to none. In an ideal/convenient location and very comfortable and affordable. Cleanliness and decor is simple and outstanding. Many thanks to the professional staff in assisting with my booking and making my stay a real pleasure. Thanks to William Chen with the booking and Mariella on the front desk for being most welcoming. Thanks to my friend Danny for recommending these apartments. Rooms: Excellent presentation and with everything you need for home away from home.
Room was very spacious and well equipped with all the necessary accommodations needed. Exceptionally clean rooms and fresh bedding. The service from the staff was outstanding, with them being able to accomodate to my needs. Would and have done so, recommend to friends looking to stay in the CBD.Rooms: 5/5
The location is great in Melbourne CBD, walking distance to shopping, restaurants and public transport, especially the Skybus terminal. The room is spacious, clean, quiet and very comfortable, the WiFi is fast and stable, and the aircon is super powerful. The service from the staff is superb, very friendly and helpful.
