Stayed here for an evening for a work event; accommodation was nice! Room itself is pretty much what you would expect. I had a kitchen in my room, and whilst I didn’t use it it looked fine. Bed was comfortable. Shower and facilities all good water pressure was a little poor. Staff were helpful too. There is a park located opposite the Oaks which was great for walking around in for the morning to keep the step count up. Would happily stay here again.
Beautifully furnished rooms! King sized bed was so comfy. Extremely clean throughout the hotel. There was no traffic or street noise as we were in a higher level room with a balcony & a Melbourne view! Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. There is on-site parking, but you will need to reserve it when you make your booking. We'll definitely be back! Thank you.
Lovely King Room, professional, helpful and nice reception. Trams very close, diagonally across road, Vic Market very close, train station across the road. Was a very nice, quiet room and our balcony was on Williams street with tram noise. Noise stayed outside. Great secure car parking. Convenience store next door is very convenient but prices raised as expected so take your coffee, sugar, milk & nibbles as kitchen is great and good size fridge. Research restaurants and breakfast venues if you intend to eat out and you don’t know the area. Will stay again, was lovely.
Basic hotel, clean and good location but large monolith. Service falls well short. A series of issues beset us from TV remote, non cleaning of room to being locked out of room. All can happen but unfortunately not dealt with well. Cannot recommend on my experience. I have had better service from premier Inn.Rooms: 4/5
The most incompetent unhygienic rundown accomodation I’ve booked. I recommend booking if you 1, enjoy waiting 15 minutes waiting for a lift to go to and from your room this was a consistent occurrence throughout my stay. 2, If you enjoy cleaning your own room even though the service is included in your overall fee. I’ll note for 2 of the 4 nights I stayed, the staff never came to service the room even through I was informed it would be done after I asked following the room being missed on my second nights stay. 3, if you enjoy paper thin walls, curtains that don’t work oh and an AC system that takes 200 years to cool the room to a reasonable temperature by all means book this place!If I could rate this place -10 stars I would. What an absolute disappointment!! Management should be ashamed.
Only a few minutes walk from the Victoria station, the hotel has quite complete apartments to stay in, with furnished kitchen kettle, sink, microwave, fridge and even dishwasher. Unfortunately I reckon the service is not too good, as there were no towels available in the apartment I booked and neither room service nor reception answered calls after more than 30 minutes calling.
Firstly we have used the chain previously in Melb and other states I think. the staff ere very nice and attentive. Having booked on line we were impressed by the photos and general location and facilities on offer. But alas on arrival and staying there a number of deficiencies arose. we had to separately order up a Toaster, two coffee cups, washing up detergent and dishwasher powder. these are basics but should be in the room automatically. The bathroom had no shelving to put you utilities bag and only really on proper towel rack for proper drying of your towels. towels were nice thou.Also there was nowhere to hang your hand towel other than over the side of the basin. In addition the shower floor had a number of chips out of the flooring which detracted from the good shower and nice hot water. please just patch it up and return it to an acceptable state. The outside balcony was dirty and had not been cleaned in ages and the table was unsteady. dangerous when sighting a glass of wine. Overall sorry to say but it was a disappointing stay. it is however nicely located opp the park and on a busy tram junction with lots of trams to catch. What really concerns us as travellers is what you see on the Website often leaves a lot to be desired and does not fully compare to reality when you arrive. Overall would we stay again NO.

A well-located hotel, ideal for strolling and transit access. The Internet is slower on higher floors. The room is good. A little bit of dust mite on the carpet, sofa and bed.Rooms: 4/5
The worstest hotel I have ever been. NEVER BOOK please. Better find other hotel with the similar price than this. 1st of the 1st : There are many technical problems. My room card can’t open my room, is that a joke? We try many times and even ask receptionist to give a new card to try for many times. And also can’t assess the gym room which they mentioned in the ads. Funny! Also I heard my neighbour customer who booked car park for their stay and cannot access to the car park so he need to find car park at 1am in CBD. The Indian security guard is very unfriendly and unhelpful. So make sure you train your staff properly. 1.Cockroach on the reception table when I check in 2.Finding out the covid test kit with mucus on the ground when we check in our room 3.Three flies and few mosquitoes in my room which we can’t help a proper nap after our 9 hours drive from Sydney. My partner got few bites after a nap….. 4.The fridge is dirty and smell a bit. *I have already sent email to the hotel on the first stay and tell the customer service. But no additional help were provided. Not even clean my room again. Very disappointed of how you serve customer. An $358 stay for 2 nights, I did not expecting this. No excuse because we coming during Christmas busiest period in year. For all people who read my comments. Never book this hotel please.
