Don't believe the 5/5 reviews. They were HIGHLY encouraged by front desk to bring up their rating. Absolutely the worst place to stay in Melbourne. Management is a complete joke, no one knows what they're doing. Filthy place filled with rats and mold. STAY FAR AWAY!!
Amazing place to stay! Great location, right next to all the hot spots. The staff are super friendly and always help you out. The kitchen is spacious and plenty room to cook. The cleaners are spot on and do a great job. Great place, would stay again.
Had a nice stay here. Met loads of people in common areas as in kitchen, TV room and in UBAR. Really cool staff! Viv was amazing, super polite and helpful, always a smile on the face. Dishes are not getting washed enough by guests, can be more cleaner tho, and not enough outlets in rooms to charge your phone during night
Loved my stay here, def coming back when I’ll be in Melbourne! Not enough outlets in the rooms for everyone. Clean kitchen and bathroom. Nice TV room and plenty of activities in Ubar every night. Easy way to meet other backpackers in there. All staff members are amazing , so kind and helpful
Great hostel, love the vibe there! Cool staff, Viv was super helpful on check in, every other staff member I met was fab as well. Not enough outlets in the room tho , but loved my stay, nice bar with cool activities to do
Stayed here for a while and I had a great time! Staff was very helpful, kitchen and bathrooms are clean and there is always a good crowd in the bar. Definitely staying here again when I come back to Australia.
