My review is probably going to get lost among all these fake "5 star" reviews but if you are reading this please avoid using this currency exchange. The rate you will get will be about 20% worse than the rate you will get anywhere else. NZD to NTD at the time was 19.8 and they offered 16.2 which is 20% less.  If you pay closer attention, all these "5 star" reviews are made by brand new accounts and the reviews themselves have nothing to do with the currency exchange. Most of them are very few words and they all follow the same pattern so most likely generated by a bot.

I went to change some money at Travelex duty free with Sandunika. She was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend to see her when you need a Travelex card and traveling and using multiple currencies. A++ service.

Shanon was an excellent help cashing old traveller's cheques. He was thorough and was able to cash these after every bank refused to do so. Interrupted by a fire alarm he continued to be professional. His assistance proved to me I had chosen the correct company for my money card to use overseas.
