I visited this branch twice today based on their opening hours 9am-6pm. I arrived at 2.30pm and there was now a sign saying not back until 3.30pm. I can back at 5pm and waited in a line until 5.35pm for us all to be today she was closing for the day as it takes her so long to pack up. Please advertise your hours properly to stop wasting peoples time. I have now spent 2 hours going back and forth and lining up. Very poor service.
Writing this review at 330pm. Store is completely closed. Don't bother coming here it's a waste of time they are never open during their "opening hours"
The customer service impatient to explain what she need and what she want to us to do. I asked some questions, she said :"oh my god". Never meet such rude people.i recommends to trade customers nicely and explain clearly. Never ever go back again.
Always busy.. Have to wait in long queues for more than 45 mins. Closing times on the door states 7pm and they close at 6pm while website says 5pm..hardly anyone answer the phone. Not impressed at all
Was reluctant to go because of the bad reviews but good experience today. Had to wait awhile for lady in front of me to finish. But was in and out with 5/10mins. Hassle free. Lady was polite and nice. Will go back.
The person who was working on 11th January was very rude, refused to exchange the money and said racist comments about me. He said rude things about my home country and nationality. I was judged just for being born in a certain country. This place is terrible.
This place is so disappointing! Have been going there for the last 2 days and there is no staff! What a waste of time! And called head office, nobody is picking up the call either! Where is the customer service ???? Should have read reviews before wasting our time! Don’t understand why this place is still open if they can’t accommodate! Disappointing ! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star
We had a positive experience using Lotus Foreign Exchange at Sylvia Park beside Burger King. The service was efficient and careful. And the man who served us was quite polite and helpful.
Lovely island girl with the flower at this exchange. Quick n efficient service with a smile. Will definitely be going back for future money exchange.
One of the best foreign exchange places, excellent customer service !! I have seen some really rude customers whilst waiting in line, and seriously cant believe the comments i see on here or any other lotus reviews website. if you have a positive attitude towards someone you will receive the same back. is it really so hard for customers to be patient and kind?? Every time i have come into Manukau and Sylvia Park branches the ladies are always so kind !! Keep doing a great job ladies and continue to serve us customers during pandemic, you guys are the best !
