1. Even though I ordered on online a week in advance , on the day of pick up I got a call to come back the next day as it's not ready. This caused great inconvenience to my schedule. They also did not let me to delegate another person to pick up. 2. Pick up the next week, had to wait more then 15 mins at the counter because they could not manage the customer with the troublesome enquiry 3. The cash they gave me was all small notes, I virtually got $2000 of $10 notes

I got only 75% worth of my Australian dollar when exchanging into Vietnamese Dong! What a rip off!!
