I had the best experience possible today at this store. Matt made me feel at ease and that I hadn't left getting my money too late (I fly out just a few hours later) he gave good advice and offered tips for places to visit on my holiday, all while getting the currency ready! He provided me with a small conversion table to take and use while I'm  away to keep track of the money I'm spending.
Will definitely use this store again for my next trip.

Incompetent staff member Pauline has no idea how to do her job. Poor presentation and a bad attitude. Scraping the bottom of the barrel there travel money oz. If the bad rates dont keep the customers away, she sure will.
