If your happy to wait 1 and half hours everytime you need to make a face to face enquiry. Appalling service.. Teach the big 4 a lesson, we are not stupid and they need to pick up their game if they want our business. I'm here to close accounts. I have already moved to an internet banking service that doesn't charge fees.

Had to break a Term Deposit due to family emergency and was told no way Jose, despite being told that I could do so when I 1st opened the account. Looong waiting times around lunchtime, but only 2 tellers on. Some helpful staff. Will cost me $400+ and a wait of 31 days before I can access MY money. Ouch. Cat food and boiled rice with Vegemite until then?? Or maybe sell one of the kids?? Thanks for being such a solution oriented bank and not just focusing on making MEGA-profits. NAAAAART!
