Pathetic.
Arrived at for 4pm on a saturday and was watched by sales staff from Toyota and Hyundai as I walked around carrying a three month old baby while with my wife and son.
Two staff in Toyota not busy at all just wandering around staff in Hyundai just talking amongst themselves with one female staff member locking up cars obviously wanting to go home early.
Won't be buying local if this is the customer service received.... Not happy at all.

Not happy we had to wait 2 1/2 hours for a one hour service. We have been getting our car serviced here for four years during which time we were looked after. It has now become very impersonal and we feel that it had become more about the business than the customer. Goodbye Traralgon Toyota.

Great service. Lovely lounge to sit and wait. TV available. Very happy with the job they did on my car.
