I'm a very happy customer. Been looking around for the turquoise t-cross and found it in Traralgon. I then called and asked for a test-drive, to which Kayla assisted very nicely. All questions were answered, even the simple ones like how to adjust the side mirrors! Haha. She is also responsive to my queries via emails, even when I've sent them at night. I truly appreciate her level of customer service. I am also grateful with Paul who helped with Volkswagen Financing, and to Stephen at the time of pick up. They made sure that all paperwork is ready when I arrived and the car is clean and ready to go! I also appreciate the small boxed gift - such a nice gesture.
Poor communication and disappointing service. We purchased two cars from this dealership spending nearly $100k, only to find out 3 weeks later that our Golf Highline cannot be sourced even though a deposit was paid sold it to someone else. Terrible follow up service and have over-committed sales of vehicles leaving us without one. The dealership recommended we source and purchase it elsewhere because that is more convenient for them. Will never shop here again! Do not waste your time shopping locally like we did... Go straight to Melbourne you'll also get a better deal.
Dale and the team were a pleasure to work with, going above and beyond to deliver a seamless experience. They provide the highest standard of customer service; we especially appreciated the relaxed, friendly nature of the team and at no point felt undue pressure. Despite being based in Melbourne, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Traralgon Volkswagen.
The dealer was very knowledgeable and helpful, the cars a beautiful and when I looked at the boot, there was a full spare tire , not like the ones now found in most cars. However, worthwhile to do a test drive. The dealers also not pushing you into anything, but patiently explaining and answer your questions.
Took my car Passat TDI to get check for unburned diesel smoke coming out of the exhaust. I told them specifically to check injectors. Only wanted them to do the diagnose the issue. They checked and told me, it’s happening due to worn injector seals. I paid their diagnosis fee $165. Replaced all the seals for injectors by myself. Didn’t fix the issue. I called them back and said you have to check it again but you cannot charge me money again. He said “I don’t know about that, I have to ask from my boss and call you back”. Which never happened. So I took my car to a small local work shop and got them to check. They checked and found out number 3 injector was faulty. They only charged me $77. I replaced the injector by myself. The car is running really good now. Really bad service.
Had to get Takata air bags swapped over, professional service, done in a half hour, ready to go. Communication was excellent, cannot fault my experience with them at all.
Terrible customer experience. Do not take your car there to be serviced. Don’t know what they did to my car but it hasn’t been the same since. The service department is a joke. They are nothing but thieves. Had to speak to the dealer principal multiple times. Had to wait a month to book it in for a service - being overdue. My car also had to be taken back multiple times to be repaired for their mistakes. Do not recommend. Go to Berwick Volkswagen.
I visited this dealership on the 4th of May to get a quote with a view to replacing my aging Mercedes Sprinter with a new long wheelbase, high roof Crafter van. Sadly after zero contact for two months I've given up waiting because if Traralgon Volkswagen can't be bothered in trying to sell a vehicle then I'm scared to think what the service experience might be like from this extremely lazy dealership.
Marko, Stuart and John were absolutely professional in dealing with us. We bought the new 2018 Polo GTI and got an amazing deal. The deal was so great that we drove all the way from Frankston to get the best deal in Victoria. We definitely going to buy another VW from them.
To make it clear I purchased the vehicle from Massaro Motors not Latrobe Volkswagen who took over the dealership. Just sold my Volkswagen MY15 tiguan which i purchased from Massaro motors I purchased the vehicle believing it to be brand new. We even waited a while for the new model. It seems like we were sold the old model at the new model price. The person I on sold it to apparently rang up the dealer and was told my car was an ex demo. The new owners were told the vehicles warranty ran out about 6 months earlier than was written on documents signed by the dealer when we originally purchased it in September '15. That says the warranty runs out 30/10/18. i don't remember how many km were on the clock. On the contract of sale the odometer reading is blank. On the first service receipt the details of the purchase were there and it had 212 km filled in. So I paid the price of a brand new car even though it wasn't. Normally this number of km wouldn't have bothered me but you think your getting a brand new car but in reality your not. There is also a good chance that in that 212 km a prospective purchaser may over rev, excessively breaked or done other things that a person wouldn't have done to the car if it was their own. Upshot of that is they should have dropped the price slightly. Otherwise i would have waited for a car with minimal km on the clock.
