Your employee Jake the young white bloke who I tried asking for help and he refused to help me calling me racial slurs as my African background. Really shocked the way I was treated as I love going to my local Geebung tradetools. You have lost a loyal customer. Information: Jake is a young white fellow around 19 and I saw him in a grey Nissan.

Great guys and extremely helpful and knowledgeable
Today, I went to buy a grabo and there were two kinds. I wanted to buy two 399$ ones. The worker told me that the box is different, but it's the same thing, so I checked it when I got home and found that the item was different. The item they gave me was about $100 cheaper. I felt very bad, he didn't say sorry, and the item is not here right now, so you need to go to another store to pick it up. My Saturday is not happy at all because of you guys
These guys are a Metabo service centre. My drop-saw blew up and these guys really looked after me and fixed under warranty. Really very much appreciated. Also great tool store. All the good stuff and really helpful staff.
