Today, I went to buy a grabo and there were two kinds. I wanted to buy two 399$ ones. The worker told me that the box is different, but it's the same thing, so I checked it when I got home and found that the item was different. The item they gave me was about $100 cheaper. I felt very bad, he didn't say sorry, and the item is not here right now, so you need to go to another store to pick it up. My Saturday is not happy at all because of you guys
These guys are a Metabo service centre. My drop-saw blew up and these guys really looked after me and fixed under warranty. Really very much appreciated. Also great tool store. All the good stuff and really helpful staff.
These blokes are the best. Always great service and happy to help out whenever they can.
Easy parking, easy to find, good price, Mark was the staff I talked to and he was very understanding and knowledgeable, willing to help. Happy to shop again in the future.
Fantastic team, service is amazing and as other reviews mention, they take the time to work with you on the best outcome for you. I must say this isn't the only trade tools store that has this level of quality service, it's just my local and as far as I'm concerned there isn't another tool shop that comes close in the area.
