Totally Flooring was a great company from beginning to end and I couldn't be happier with their work. Rahul is pretty knowledgeable and provides an amazing customer experience, it was truly a pleasure dealing with him. I also would like to mention Ricardo and Aron who installed the hybrid floors, they did a great work my floor looks amazing and on top of that, they are people too.
We are absolutely delighted with the outcome of supply & install of the patio vinyl tile flooring and brand new carpets throughout our home as part of the final stages of our renovations. Shari and the Beaudesert Team supported our vision of what we were looking for from the get-go. With supply shortages of what we initially selected - Shari guided us toward an alternative product which looks sensational if not better than the original product...... The installation over the two days was completed by Nathan the installer. His workmanship and detailing was exceptional and finishes where he went above and beyond. We will be highly recommending Totally Flooring - Beaudesert to all our family and friends. :
Hopeless communication, customer service and workmanship! After paying the deposit, I was then ghosted and had to request my money back to get response from anyone. After the floor has finally gone in, I’ve now spent days cleaning glue off the new flooring, previously tiled areas and walls. Not impressed at all! Do yourself a favour and use a company that conducts themselves in a professional manner!
Shocking service, we were quoted verbally by Haley, everything was inclusive in the pricing, she did a full breakdown, we waited for the quote to pay the deposit and confirm, after chasing them several times we still never got a written quote but she verbally bumped the price up by 25% after admitting to making several mistakes. I complained and was called back by the manager Jack who was rather arrogant and didn’t really care one way or the other . . . . . Further to the reply from Totally Flooring, please note I did not threaten with QCAT or Fair Trading it was under their advise to call you back and remind you of your business obligations. On this occasion you, “got away with unfair behaviour” because I couldn’t be bothered going down that route. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review I think this is the third ever. Just wanted to alert new clients and advise them of their rights under Consumer law. There are plenty of companies who handle quotes, estimates is a transparent open manner, I will go here.
Totally Flooring GC was an absolute pleasure to work with. They deserve their perfect 5 star rating. At every stage of the process from initial consultation to final installation of hybrid floor Madison and her team went above and beyond to make both finished result and our experience as great as possible. Amazing customer service, great product, really good prices, highly professional team - excellent in every way!
Jakob was highly recommended to us by a friend. We needed to get blinds made/installed for our new build, and we knew what we wanted - sheers, shutters, and block out blinds. Jakob and Madison were fantastic, from our first meeting to post installation. Very helpful, invaluable advice, and great communication. The products they had made and installed are high quality and we think look stunning. We were happy with the pricing too! We absolutely recommend Jakob and his team at Totally Flooring GC.
Absolutely incredible service Rahul followed up a website enquiry of mine and from the moment we spoke I could tell Rahul was a kind professional. I highly recommend you invite Rahul over to help identify the right type of flooring and the right people to get the job done. He kept me informed every step and ensured the work was booked two days in a row with the right professionals. Mr Jack Demolition were fantastic, removing the tiles and caused minimal damage to the subflooring. They were fast, professional and full of enthusiasm. Rick and Aaron installed the hybrid flooring and they were phenominal in their craft. I was so pleased with their punctuality and attention to detail. Rick and Aaron provided options along the way. Rick was fast to resolve any challenges with the subflooring and provided added value throughout the day. They left the working area spotless. I could not recommemd Rick and Aaron highly enough. Thank you both for your amazing work! Thanks again Totally Flooring
Very pleased with my new wooden flooring. Expertly laid and the staff at Totally Flooring Beaudesert were friendly and obliging to help get the best results. Would recommend them for all flooring requirements.
