We missed the original sales rep Brett' when we returned to the store so we could  purchase the subject items, we looked at, the other sales rep who helped us provided the same high level of customer service.
 
Initially the Brett took time to explain all they types of flooring the pros and cons to us, this helped  a lot, in reconfirming what we wanted, as we said when we left the store as we had some other stores to visit and look at there products. 
 the other companies in the same area didn't make the bar at all. Both in the Upton road area.  one had knowledge but the product wasn't as good as we could get from Carpet Court, quality and price. The other sales rep at the unknown named store should not be working as a sales rep as he knew nothing and didn't want to be at the store

Fantastic & Professional service from Graeme from beginning to end. Price was very competitive. Installation of very high standard. Highly recommended Graeme at the new Bundall Carpet Court!!

Worst customer service. They booked in the installation on Saturday, I hired trades to remove all the furniture and put it outside of my shop. And they didn't showed up. They didn't even call me to postpone it. After hours waiting I went there and was then told that they could not install and they didn't make any efforts to help. I therefore requested my money back as they failed to install on the agreed date (booked weeks in advance) but the manager just said: "no way I gonna give your money back". Hope this review can help others to avoid this place. Do yourself a favor and do business somewhere else.

I couldn't leave a review without leaving at least one star. The one star is not warranted though. This company missed the install date then installed a faulty product then when they were organized to replace the faulty carpet after 2 months!! their installers didn't how up again! Carpet court owner wouldn't answer his phone after the installers didn't show up.  Am taking this company to consumer affairs!!  Do not use them!!

Do not use this company, they are absolutely useless. The only saving grace was that there installers are decent. You would notice if the rest of the staff in the store didn't even turn up, actually you may be better off.
