Awful before and after sales service when I purchased a salt chlorinator . Found the female staff very rude on the phone and when I contacted the shop by email, it was no better. Not happy at all.

I have been a customer for over 10 years and appreciate the excellent advice and prompt service provided by Mike and the team at Pacific Pool Supplies.I go to them for guidance with chemical application and to service or install new parts whenever needed. I can enjoy owning a pool because I can rely on them.
