Very knowledgeable staff, very friendly

I’ve been using total tools in Malaga for over a year now and I highly recommend them the staff are very helpful  they have a good range of stock even through the height of the pandemic. I’ve had a warranty issue with one of my tools and they had it sorted in 3 weeks I can’t faulty their service they are awesome to deal with AAA+.

Now  that's customer service  went above and beyond to help us with replacing a tool that was faulty, now on the other hand your Joondalup store when asked said we would have to go back to Midland where it was purchased and would have made us go way out of our way and not being from Perth would have been quiet inconvenient.nWell done Matt and the Malaga team
