Haven’t been to many camping stores so I don’t have a good frame of reference. I felt a little lost and self proclaimed nice Karen swooped in and helped me with the kings swag and mattress combo and even helped me compare prices and deals to the online store. Got the combo even cheaper than u thought going in! Customer service is top class, thanks so much Nice Karen!
I don't often go here, but I needed to get a fridge set up for camping. Under Engel, Kings had the next best reviews, and are way more reasonably priced.nI was served by Nicholas A. He sorted me out with the fridge that best served my needs, and all the gear I needed to run it off a battery with solar charging. It was a quick, easy interaction, and Nicholas was very knowledgeable and helpful. All in all, he made a good sale, and I got all the gear I needed, along with the information I needed to get started.nHappy days all round I reckon.
My order turned up minus a couple of items, when I enquired about the missing items I was told they are not in stock and don't know when they will be. The missing items have continuously been advertised since. A bit frustrating. Speaking of frustrating, the 10% back gift card is almost impossible to use as it can't be used in conjunction with any other offer and everything seems to be on some sort of sale. The stuff I got looks reasonable enough but in future I would be going into the store.
Purchased 2 x Big Daddy swags 28.1.24. Served by Helen, service was first class extremely helpful and professional. Had an issue with the mattress so returned to the store to sort it out. Staff went out of their way to resolve quickly and with no pain to me. Very happy with product and overall service I received.
