Never buy something from this brand, if any problem happens with an item, be ready to wait and probably with a bad issue.nBought earmuffs, one screw doesn’t fit into the screw thread, then crying because I bring them after 13 days fifo, and called them the day after I found that didn’t fit, of course, no replacement, they need to send them to 3M first, meaning I won’t have my earmuffs for weeks, additionally, the guy doesn’t know what I’m talking about, seemed really amateurish.nIt’s the second time I have an issue with them, first time, I bought some tools on the website, they didn’t send them after 2 weeks, so I asked for a reimbursement, they’re happy to take the money fast, but not to send items, such an unprofessional brand, how you can let your customers wait for weeks/months?
Great customer service from Justin Naidoo late in the day with my phone enquiry about stock availability of a Sidchrome Tool Kit in the Malaga Store. Once he had gone to check he had stock then sent me a quote to make payment the large sale was completed in 15 minutes. I was very impressed and will definitely be shopping with this store again.

I stood at the counter waiting to be served. The young man on the computer didn’t bother to look up, or acknowledge me, or tell me “can I be with you just now?”nnSo after standing there for some time with no one acknowledging me, I walked out and went down two stores to total tools.
