In 2020, Malaga Tile Centre supplied and installed tiles throughout my home. Recently, my kitchen splashback tiles have come loose from the walls due to poor installation. I've been in contact with the tile centre for two months. I initially contacted them on April 15, 2024, and they assured me that the issue would be rectified as soon as possible. Despite repeated follow-ups, this has not been addressed, and the tiles have now started to completely come off the walls. Upon contacting them again today, they informed me that they will no longer be resolving this issue.nnI am very disappointed with the service and the lack of accountability from Malaga Tile Centre. Not only is this a significant inconvenience, but it also raises concerns about the quality of their workmanship and customer support.nnEdit: We have been patiently waiting for the technician for the past two months, repeatedly following up every week. Now we are at a stage where the tile is about to fall off the wall posing risk to people working in the kitchen. Today, after being patient for two months, we informed him if this is not rectified, we will need to take it up with consumer court which we are already in discussion with our lawyer. Excellent products, professional services, friendly staff. So satisfied.. Highly recommended.nHave done two jobs at our house and both of them turned out to be exceeding our expectations, photos say it all.nThe challenge with our backyard tiling was the uneven concrete but these guys have not only fixed the slab but also put extra efforts for the best water drainage. Really appreciate skills, experience and knowledge they have.nWould definitely recommend them. Keep it up.
Overall, i had a good experience with Malaga tile Centre. The team were very helpful and patient with each communication and helps with no hesitation especially Richa who i was communicating more with and thank you Terry for giving me such a good price and overlooking the tile laying. MTC has huge variety of tiles which i find hard to choose from comparing to the other tile shops in Perth and very competitive in price. I used their tile layers and am happy and applying epoxy was the best thing i did and thank you Richa for encouraging me to go ahead with that. overall, i had a very good experience and highly recommend this place.

From the moment we first walked into the showroom, Richa has been amazing with guiding us to get the best service for choosing the tiles for our newly built house. MTC also organised the tilers who did an excellent job in a very quick turnaround for us. I would also like to thank marija for looking after us while Richa was on leave. I would highly recommend Malaga Tile Centre based on the variety of tiles, best prices and customer service they provide.
