So happy I ended up going to these guys as the customer support was top notch! I had been chasing down an older model angle grinder bolt for about 6 weeks and had gone to many other stores which couldn’t help me. I shared my situation with Rob over the phone, he said to come in, so I did, manager rob came out to assist and ordered me the right part immediately. All the guys at this store are super knowledgeable and willing to help!
Always excellent customer service at this store. And if it’s not in stock, they’re more than happy to order it & arrives quickly.
Would give it a zero if it was an option. Been going there for over 7 years, having spent an average of 10to20k a year. however went there just before EOFY to spend 6k. Offered no discount, was not interested in the sale, been told that they were busy and I had to find a trolley myself where 2 of their staff was having a chat. Store was not well stocked, Half of the shelves were empty. Told them, I won't be coming back due to their lack of customer service and they just lost a good customer. Guess what they replied? That's fine!nSo went straight to Sydney Tools and been well looked after, store looks much brighter and cleaner. Staff helped me picking my order and gave a good discount.nWell Done Total tools! Great way to run a business!
Exceptional customer service and efficient, big thumbs up!!! Jacob was extremely helpful, great product knowledge and knew exactly what I was chasing unlike those guys at Sydney tools down the road!!! Bought some air compressor fittings which was in stock and at the same time ordered some parts for a magnetic drill. To my surprise, they arrived within 2 days!!!! Will be coming here from now on!!!
Poor customer service. Placed an online order but the item was not in stock. Website said it was in stock. No help whatsoever to check if it’s in stock in another store. What a grumpy guy on the phone was lucky the online chat was helpful and picked it up in Mornington
