Mark and Dean, dream team.  From the start, you guys were straight talking and fast acting. You made selling our property a breeze.  It sold so fast, even though the market has been slow. Matt has been totally amazing throughout the entire process. He has gone above & beyond & assisted, including liaising with the tenant who was in the property at the time, when things became challenging. Given my distance from the property; I live in Auckland, this was very much appreciated. Matt's strategy for marketing the property was bang on. Matt definitely has the experience & knowledge required to do the best by any vendor. I can't thank Matt enough.

This is the second time we have sold with Karen at Total Realty. The service we received each time was great. Karen and Kirsty were wonderful. Always professional and friendly. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We would certainly sell with them again and recommend them to others.

I really enjoyed working with Mary-Ann from Total Realty.  She knew the market, kept me well informed during the process and conducted many Open Homes and follow-ups with potential purchasers to ensure a successful sale and a very good result for all parties.

Sherini our agent exceeded all expectations. From day one she was professional, warm, friendly and accommodating. Sherini is very organised, from implementing a good plan to keeping me up to date on a regular basis , which gave me confidence in her ability to provide an excellent service. She made reasonable efforts to be available to take my calls but if she was unavailable she always got back to me in a timely manner. Selling my mum’s house on her behalf was a stressful time which could of been worse if I didn’t have the support of Sherini.

Total Realty were excellent at selling my Dad's property, lots of great communication and reports to help us make the right decisions and our agent Ray Beattie was extremely helpful when we had issues with the council. Also saving money on the fees was a real bonus.

Have just sold my house through Total Realty. Was a great hassle free experience. Would work with them any time again. Can't recommend them enough

Sherini was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was always there to answer my calls, listen to any concerns I had and provide reassurance. Highly recommended! Great service with a huge cost saving.

We found Tony very personable and easy to chat with and the information he provided was very helpful. Communication is very important and he kept us informed along the journey.
