My flatmates and I were first year renters and we rented through Braziers. As a flat, we got absolutely mucked round with our money, rent, and there was no compensation or notice for when the road was closed for the entire year due to road works. I would not recommend going through this company as they do not look after their customers

We have been renting with Braziers over last four years until we recently moved away from NZ. We had great experience with the agency. Any concerns (about getting anything fixed) or other queries we had were delt with fast and friendly approach. Based on our experience me and my partner are happy to recommend Braziers to anyone.

Absolute idiots. Have no idea what they are doing at all. Booked me a showing and didn't inform me the place had already been signed three days before until after I had already arrived.

An absolute bizarre and horrendous experience. Booked in for viewing today and when I arrived at the site today, the agent said this property is not for a couple with a child whereas when I asked them on phone few days ago, she said the family with 1 child is fine as tenents. I wasted my time and my fuel for driving 20 munites for nothing. I will never recommend this bizarrr to anyone of my friend. Moreover, they are off my list forever when renting or buying a property.

Re: your reply. I don't need that cheeky discount whatsoever because I value people's review on you the most to avoid similar conflict later on and based on sns reviews, there must be a reason why people have given you many negative comments.

Absolutely poor service, the property managers tryed to take us for fools and claim our bond back because we were young, took months of argueing to get them to finally give in and give us what we were owed, when we were trying to end our lease beacuse we were moving towns they mucked us round and woulndt let anyone rent it, kept denying new tennants when they had good refrences to scam more money out of us. Would highly NOT reccomend to anyone wanting to rent.
