We have leased the same house under Cowdy & Co since Sept 2010. Inspections are always every 4 months and thorough. Most repairs pointed out have been done within a week. Our Property Manager Catherine, gives good tips for prolonging the life of the house. After reading some of the other reviews, I feel we have struck it pretty lucky with the care we as tenants and also the owners of the property have received over the last 7 years.  The only thing i dont like is paying a reduced let fee every year when we re-sign our lease but i understand why its required.

Working with Jess at Cowdy has been a good experience as a renter. From putting in the extra effort to get us through our current rental at short notice to sorting out the best form of contract for our needs. 
We receive plenty of notice for inspections and all communication has been friendly,  professional and efficient.
Would recommend Cowdy over the other agency used in Christchurch.

Highly recommend using Cowdy & Co. Christchurch. Very Professional staff and great service. They are always friendly and happy to assist with any issue that might pop up during a tenancy. Communication and correspondence are top notch.

With Cowdy & Co. you'll be in professional and capable hands.
We moved from Florence 9 months ago and, while in a desperate need for a house, we have seen a lot of property managers. Cowdy & Co. turned out to be the best by far!
We were handed the keys in just a couple of days and on Easter Sunday. As present ;)
Moreover when the fridge started having problems, it was promptly fixed by the next day!

Our tenancy with Cowdy & Co. has been great. Our property manager is always very accommodating and helpful. She always gets things that are needed to be done as soon as possible. I can safely say that they manage properties very well.
