First impressions great! Loved the service and enjoyed the experience. Had two cases of  trespassing while leasing a property from Holmwood , which has never happened in my years of renting, they dealt with it promptly. Then when vacating the agent turned and started accusing my partner and I we owed money, two weeks after we vacated the property and when we had all ready received full refund of our bond.

Had multiple dealings with new agent, and she was terribly rude each time. Never replies or gets back to you and always talks down with you. Shouldn't be able to work with people.
