I ordered a smashed avocado and its was amazing! Looked great and tasted absolutely fantastic, plus the price was lower then the rest of pleaces around. Staff was friendly : thank you guys!
My partner and I took my parents out for dinner and had a wonderful time. The service was absolutely excellent. I had a rump steak cooked well done, which was tender and delicious. My partner got a mushroom risotto, which was nicely cooked, creamy and packed with mushrooms. It was a little bland, so we added pepper. My dad got an eye fillet, cooked perfectly, medium rare. My mum got the salmon, crispy skin with a nice crunch, came apart in pieces, tasted good.
After our meals began to take only slightly longer than usual, the waitress informed us that our food would be free. We didn't expect this at all and consider it a gesture of great service as it would have been justifiable to charge us. To add to this, all staff were lovely and the food was great. Would definitely recommend.
I'm so disappointed. We ordered an entree and two main meals and two drinks. No one told us how long the wait for the food would be. We had been waiting an 45 minutes for our entree and when we asked about our meals the "manager" said our order was next. I understand Fri/Sat nights are their busiest, but waiting an hour for a meal is ridiculous! We ended up walking out of the restaurant. Management needs to change their order of service. We will never be coming back again.
I think its like having a meal on a sinking ship.. Some Menu items had run out and they almost were giving the food to us a $12 a head witch would not even cover the rent for the seat I was sitting in. I do not see this place been open for much longer.. I feel sorry for all the staff because they can see whats going on only charging $12 a head for most main meals wont cover the running cost. i recommend they all leave and find a new job. food was tasty and service was the best it could be with the limited experience and time they had to help us. I recommend going there and seeing what a failing restaurant night mare looks like. Do not expect to much but a cheap tasty meal after a long wait. if you happen to be reading this and you own the place.. Use the space wisely because you cant compete with the people around you on price alone
Terrible experience. Decided to take my wife and her mother for a special dinner on mother's day and try it out but was not worth. Rip off as majority of the menu could not be provided. They should have told us upfront rather then come up with all sorts of excuses. All the meat served was over cooked. Staff was untrained and did not know much about "Brazillian Bbq" menu when asked. Don't waste your time and money. We'll never come back again.
What happened to you? You used to be alright before you renovated. The customer service is truly terrible. The food never came - it went to the other tables that came in and ordered later than us. The management of the kitchen and the floor was terrible. The coffee was really of bad quality. Please don't wait your time going to this place. Not worth it.
Inexperienced staff. Walked away twice. Didn't pay for one meal as it was the wrong one. Cutlery was clearly used lip marks. No water offered. Long waits. Get your act together. You wouldn't survive if it weren't for the shopping centre. How on earth is this place surviving?
Absolutely beautiful breakfast. Ordered the Mediterranean breakfast & an Egg Benedict with Salmon and couldn't find a fault. Staff friendly and efficient. Early morning so not crowded and very relaxing atmosphere.
Terrible Food. The chicken and pork cutlet were very dry and the salad dressing was not very nice and there wasn't much. They forgot two things we ordered and didn't bring one after asking twice. Additionally one of the meals was not at all what the menu said
