My review is actually funny enough, almost exactly like Oz blokes. The only difference is mine was on orientation day and mine cost me a place at another institute (as I didn't accept their offer due to ACNT/Torrens uni). This has now set me back at least another year at uni due to their negligence and like the other reviewer, I asked if there isn't something that could be done since I was given the completely incorrect information yet that didn't seem to matter. My opinion quickly went from a very friendly and caring place to they couldn't give a rats about you and at the end of the day is only there for the $$$.

First day there, given the incorrect information. On follow up, given more incorrect information, causing me to miss out on acceptance at another institute. Now I have a whole year where I cannot do anything at all. What a waste of time and completely incompetent staff. Director couldn't care less that her staff are incompetent and gives out incorrect information and makes no attempts herself to rectify the situation whatsoever. If Torrens and ACNT cannot even get enrolment information correct, god help the people actually going through their courses.

Torrens University is Australia's global university and offers courses including business, design, hospitality, education and more. Study online or on campus. Their Hospitality department is really very nice with expert mentors and quality of teaching with good successful placements.

I have been a student of Torrens university since September 2015 and had the best university experience. The university tries its best to reach you and help you in every way. Moving into Torrens University was the best decision.
