Wanted to find out more information for a diploma level course and most likely enrol and no response after 5 days. I thought 'Well okay, fair enough.. They are probably busy I will give them a call'. I called them up directly and was put into a queue. After 10 minutes of waiting in a queue the line starts to ring. It rang for a further 5 minutes before I was prompted that no one was able to take my call and to dial later. This was in the middle of the day in the middle of the week in the middle of a semester. If this is how hard it is to get in contact with someone at the college then I cant imagine what the online alternative must be like. Poor customer/student focus. No staff it seems. Possibly closed permanently? Not even Torrens University answers their calls. Id suggest to avoid if possible.

Good college but the staff at student services are shocking. Rude and unhelpful. The Asian lady , who seems to have just started sits there scowling at anyone who approaches. Strange, other than that no problem. Don't expect help with subject enrolment or any other enquiries.
