in-store bike repair shop staff have no clue on service - smart ass and disorganised. I took a wheel in for repair - they misinformed me the date it would be ready - ended up picking it up off them after 4 days and taking it to Wallis Cycles. I'm a Torpedo 7 platinum customer - rest of the store and staff are great. Bike shop a good one to avoid!

Excellent range of sports products. And well equipped bike department. Prices could improve.

Huge selection of sports wear, most notably ski goods. You can get 10% off with "club price" immediately by signing up at checkout and I was lucky where this weekend was 40% off all Torpedo7 gear ... Although this only applied to the regular price, not the club price.  Tons of staff around eager to answer questions.

A great store with knowledgeable staff. Definitely cheaper than the other big outdoors stores. And the fact that you get across the board discounts just for being part of their membership club is awesome.
