Had a great experience shopping with RAD Cycles (purchasing parts and accessories, not a bicycle itself). Though there was a delay in the order coming in, the team made sure I was aware of all updates. I would recommend them for their great customer service.

The price I was quoted for the job was the price I paid. No hidden extra costs or excuses. Will definitely go back there. Job well done...thanks Pete.

Very unfriendly owner, surely need some customer service training. My kid was checking out bike which I was ready to buy for him but then he starting scolding the kid for touching the bike, starting telling kid “ I own the shop and bikes this is my stuff so don’t touch it” sorry mate if you will display items/bikes for sell customers going to check it out or else put them in lock cupboard with a note “donot touch”. Sorry mate we aren’t be coming back, you surely need to learn how to deal with kids.
