They are really pleasant to deal with. Will order products in for you, really helpful. Last summer I bought a Specislised road bike from them and they did a great fit/adjustment for me.

Snobby and way over priced. Expect to stand around and wait for 5-10min before anyone helps you, unless you're riding a Specialized bike. I've been here multiple times and have been shown nothing but casual disregard, my technical questions waved away, and generally treated like I'm an imposition for even being there. Find another bike shop - any bike shop - for better service and price.

Visiting from overseas I rang at 9.00 am Saturday morning and within 1 hour I had a fitted Specialized Roubiax bike to ride for the duration of my 4 day stay. The bike performed flawlessly and I was welcomed on the shop rides on Sunday and Tuesday morning. A great way to see around Auckland and made me feel very much at home, including the requisite coffee stop at the end. The shop rides were pretty sharp, don't go with the fastest group unless you are a Cat 1 racer! The shop was very well stocked and I was very pleased with some purchases I made. This shop is the complete deal. Highly recommended

These guys had great service and everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable. Short story is they were able to help me in a very tight pinch!
I just cycled a bike circuit around both islands over two months. After circling the Northland early on, airline damage broke a seal in my rear hub rusting bearings and the races from rain up there. My hub has a relatively exotic size and I wanted to fix the hub and not replace a perfectly good wheel.
I called around to most Auckland bike shops with distributor connections, and this shop was able to respond with a precise part list matching what I needed and same day couriered the necessary parts and at half the price of the competitors I managed to speak with.  (Nobody in NZ seemed to have my hub)... I borrowed a bike and picked it all up that day, fixing my wheel that night. I only lost a day on my tour thanks to these guys.
