We had excellent service from Darrell when entering the shop to enquire about e-bikes. He gave us the different options and then rode the different bikes at the back of the shop. Concluding our deal and getting our bikes setup and ready on the bike rack the following week was a pleasant experience with all staff being friendly. Will be back for more extras as we progress with our new venture of E-Biking.
We recently purchased 3 bikes for my girls from My Ride Botany. Tony and his team were absolutely amazing getting in the specific bikes, getting them from suppliers and other shops. He was also brilliant with the girls making sure they were happy. Amazing service and I wouldn’t shop for a bike anywhere else.
Easily one of the best bike shops in Auckland. Super friendly and super knowledgeable staff and a really good service department. They don't sell just what they've got, they just sell you what you need. Highly recommended.

I bought a bike from here a few years ago, the staff were good and helpful. I love my bike still. I have been back to get different bike items and have always been happy with the service and friendly staff.
Today I experienced friendly, professional, knowledgeable and excellent help from Tūhoe who works in the workshop. He not only took my car out of my car, he fitted a kickstand, a bell, fixed up a non Myride gadget I had, and spent time teaching me how to unhook a part that detaches my front tyre. Tūhoe also took a look at my gears and pumped my tyres for free. I can tell he is a perfectionist as he kept playing around until he got my gears just right. I highly recommend coming to this store! The service was excellent and I’m super stoked I have a bell and kickstand now. Thank you Tūhoe and Myride Botany!

I been waiting for someone can help me to find a bike, hardly young boy came to help and i have found one bike that my son like, then when I gone to pay I asked for afterpay then the old man was rude and was not talking just using his hand and fingers to answer me that afterpay not acceptable the sign was allready clear outside that after pay acceptable! Any way his answer was he don't accept after pay as he will be losing money!!! I went to my ride website and ordered there and used my afterpay and I will go for click and collect i don't want to see their faces again I was treated like rubbish but I will go as my son liked the bike and this is the only closer store!!! staff need to be respectful for customers!!!!
Excellent customer service, Good range of products, Very helpful and knowledgeable staff that help with all you needs and wants! Everyone is super friendly good to have a chat to as well 10/10
So I brought a E-Mountain Bike last year from Tony who owns My Ride. Sale staff were very helpful. But its the after sales which really impressed me the most. The Machanix there are the kind of guys that go out of their way to get you sorted to help get you back on the mtb tracks. Big ups to Darryl and Craig the Machanix Thanx Lads
